Reporting a problem

A few details help us fix an issue quickly:

• the page or tool you were using, and what you expected to happen;
• the format of the image (for example HEIC, or a very large PNG) and roughly how big it was;
• your browser and device, such as Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on Windows.

Please do not send us the image itself unless we ask. The tools never upload your files, so we cannot see them, and a description of the problem is usually enough to get started.

Privacy requests

If you have a question about your data, or want to exercise a right described in the privacy policy, use the same address and mention "privacy" in the subject line.

Advertising

If an ad on the site is inappropriate or misleading, tell us the page and, if you can, a description of the ad. You can also report ads directly to Google using the controls on the ad itself.
