By using raster.gg you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They are written to be short and readable, and they should be read together with our privacy policy.

The service

raster.gg offers free tools for converting, compressing, resizing, cropping, rotating and otherwise preparing images, and for combining images into a PDF. The tools run in your browser. We may change, add or remove tools and features at any time.

Your files

You keep all rights in the images you work with. They are processed on your device and are not sent to us, so we do not receive a licence to them or have access to them. You are responsible for having the right to use, modify and convert the images you choose, and for how you use the results.

Because conversion and compression can change an image, always keep your original files. We recommend checking the results before deleting anything. Lossy formats such as JPG, WebP and AVIF discard some image data each time they are saved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the networks and servers it runs on;
• scrape or copy the site's content at a volume or in a way that interferes with its normal operation;
• interfere with advertising shown on the site, including by clicking your own ads or encouraging others to click them.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising from Google AdSense. We do not control the ads shown, and we are not responsible for the products, services or websites that advertisers promote. See theprivacy policy for how advertising uses cookies and how to control it.

Intellectual property

The raster.gg name, logo, design and written content belong to raster.gg. The site also uses open-source software, which remains under its own licences. You may link to any page on the site freely.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. That includes warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will be of any particular quality or size, or that every file in every format will be handled correctly. Image support differs between browsers and devices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, raster.gg and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
